Quotes by hand, replaced by a system.
Jaguar Limousine rents cars with and without drivers in Cairo. Every enquiry used to be a phone call and a price worked out from memory. We built the platform that now takes the request, puts it in front of the team and keeps the record, in Arabic and English.

What wasn't working
Nothing here is specific to cars. Any business that quotes and books by phone has the same three problems.
Every booking was a phone call
A customer who found the company at midnight had no way to ask for a car until the office opened.
Quotes were written by hand
Each price was worked out and typed up from scratch, so two people could quote the same trip differently.
No record of who asked for what
Enquiries lived in call logs and WhatsApp threads. Nobody could see what was pending or who had been answered.
Three decisions that shaped it
These are the calls we made before building, and what we chose each one over.
What we chose
A full booking flow on the site
We rebuilt the whole journey. The customer picks the car, the dates, the pickup point and whether they need a driver, and the request reaches the team complete, at any hour.
Instead of
A "message us on WhatsApp" button and a long back-and-forth to collect the details.
What we chose
A branded PDF quote, tracked to the end
The team sets the rate, and the system produces the quote as a PDF, sends it and tracks the request from new to quoted to confirmed. Everyone can see what is still waiting.
Instead of
Prices typed into a chat and lost once the thread scrolls away.
What we chose
A page for every car and every district
Each vehicle and each of twelve districts across Greater Cairo has its own page in Arabic and English. That is how someone searching for a car in their own area finds the business on Google.
Instead of
One brochure page with a photo gallery and a phone number.
What was built
Four parts, described by what they do.

A fleet customers can browse
Every vehicle has its own page with category, capacity and rates in pounds or dollars. The team adds and edits cars, photos and prices from the dashboard.

A request that arrives complete
Vehicle, pickup and drop-off, dates, times and whether a driver is needed are collected once, validated and stored. No back-and-forth to find out what the customer meant.

A landing page for every district
Maadi, New Cairo, 6th of October and nine more each get their own page in both languages, generated from one template, so the business can be found by people searching in their own area.
An admin portal the team runs alone
Everything the business manages sits behind one login. A request comes in, the team sets the rate, the system generates the PDF quote and sends it, and the request is marked as answered, including replies sent on WhatsApp.

What is managed from here
Dashboard
Total quote requests, how many are still waiting for a price, this month's count, the value quoted so far and the number of unique customers.
Quotes
Every request in one queue. Open one, set the rate, and move it from new to quoted, confirmed or cancelled.
Fleet
Add and edit vehicles, photos, categories, rates and availability without a developer.
Generate PDF
Turn a priced request into a branded quote document, ready to send.
Arabic and English, built as two real sites
Layout, navigation and forms mirror for right-to-left, and every page exists in both languages with its own listing on Google.
